| Job Summary | The project manager is responsible for managing and supporting projects from point of sale to completion with a primary focus on meeting or exceeding customer specifications, scheduling, and funding parameters for each project. |
| Responsibilities (Essential Functions) | - Understand and facilitate phases of initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and closing that make up the project management life cycle and the knowledge areas within each phase.
- Corresponds directly with internal and external customers as well as vendors regarding project needs.
- Create plans/schedules including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Provides accurate monthly forecasts for each project and adjust financials and schedules accordingly.
- Manages all job cost budgets.
- Make informed decisions on project progression with consideration to cost, schedule, scope, and customer relations.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings with operations, customers, and vendors including some off-site travel to customer construction and maintenance project sites and vendor production facilities across the U.S.

| Experience, Education, & License Requirements |
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Business, Project Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Experience in a process skid design preferred
